Day 1: New York City Tour

We will begin the day on Wall Street, taking pictures at Trinity Church, Federal Hall, the New York Stock Exchange and the Charging Bull statue. Then, we will head to the One World Observatory before taking a Statue of Liberty Cruise on the Hudson River. We will also visit Times Square, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the United Nations Building.

Starting from 1/1/2020: We will cancel visit of United Nations Building, Metropolitan Museum of Art whilst add new attractions: USS Intrepid, Hudson Yards Vessel, MoMA and Fifth Avenue.

Day 2: New York - Philadelphia - Washington DC (236 miles)

We will enjoy breakfast at our hotel in New York before heading out for the day, traveling to Philadelphia. Here, we will follow the path of America's birth by visiting Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Next, we will ascend the One Liberty Observation Deck to see an amazing panoramic view of the city. We will also be able to see the famous steps from the beloved film Rocky. Afterwards, we will stop at Reading Terminal Market for lunch. You may enjoy a Philly Cheesesteak! Then we will continue to Washington, D.C., where we will take a ferry cruise on the Potomac River to enjoy views of the city from the water. After that, we will take some time to visit landmarks like the Lincoln Memorial, the Korean War Memorial and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. After enjoying a delicious dinner, we will go on a night tour of the city, visiting the reflecting pool, the Jefferson Memorial and the World War II Memorial. Day 3: Washington D.C.

We will begin our day by visiting the U.S. Capitol Building and the Library of Congress (If the capitol and Library are closed, we will see the exterior of both). We will also visit Supreme Court of US. For lunch, we will go to Shake Shack to enjoy one of the best burgers in town (Not included in tour fee). After lunch, we will go for the Madame Tussauds President Wax Museum and the Ford's Theater (exterior). Then we will leave the time for Smithsonian Museums. Guests may choose to visit National Air & Space Museum, National Gallery of Art, Museum of Natural History, and Museum of American History.

We will enjoy our breakfast before we depart from the hotel. Then we will go to Corning Museum. After Arrival Niagara Falls, we will start with Niagara Scenic Tour to Old Fort Niagara and Whirlpool State Park. We will also go for the Niagara Adventure Ride of Jetboat. Then we will go for the Maid of Mist Boat Tour to see the Niagara Falls (Horseshoe Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, American Falls). We will enjoy the IMAX movie (30mins) of Niagara Falls as well. After sunset, our tour leader will take you to the Goat Island. We will enjoy the night view of the falls. (Tour leader will arrange the best time to see the night view according to the actual sunset time)

Day 5: Niagara Falls - Boston (467 miles)

We will enjoy our breakfast before we depart from the hotel. We will drive towards Boston along with the Erie Canal and I-90 East. The Harvard University will be the first stop. We will go for Harvard Campus Tour to see the statues, library, Harvard Yard and so much more. Then we will pass by the MIT. Moreover, we will go to Christian Science Church - The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ and Copley Square . Taking photos with Trinity Church of Boston and John Hancock Tower. Then we will continue to walk the Freedom Trail in Boston, which will take us past the Boston Common, the Park Street Church, the Old Granary Burial Ground, the Massachusetts State House, the Old State House, the site of the Boston Massacre, Faneuil Hall and much more. Those who prefer to walk less can choose to go on a Boston Harbor cruise instead. Dinner will be taken place in Chinatown for Lobster Meal.

  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip.
  • A mandatory service fees: Minimum $12 /day/person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $12 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $48.
  • Personal room fees: such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

Additional Note

  • Tour route may be changed and reversed; you may contact the vendor 1-2 days prior departure to confirm final itinerary
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
  • Luggage: Each customer may bring on board one checked luggage plus one carry-on bag.
  • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort upon arrival.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    9-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    1-8 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
    In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
    Itineraries are subject to change due to the weather, transportation and other conditions, in order to provide the best experience for you.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
