- DAY 1: Complimentary arrival transfers depart Leonardo Da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport (FCO) at 09:30, 12:30 and 15:30 on the first day of the tour. Guests should arrive at least 2 hours before the last transfer time. Please be aware when booking your flights.
- DAY 14 EUROSTAR RETURN TO LONDON: Guests will be transferred to Brussels Eurostar railway station after the coach drops off guests at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS). We do not recommend guests have flights on the day they return back to London as we cannot guarantee how traffic or train schedules will run. Post night accommodation in London is highly recommended. This additional hotel night is at the guest's own expense and can be booked through Insight Vacations or independently.
- EUROSTAR TRAIN: Guests will journey unescorted on the train portion of the trip. Porterage service is not included at the train stations. Guests will be required to take their luggage on/off the train. On arrival at St. Pancras railway station in London, guests will be dropped at the Insight Vacations tour hotel and not the airport.
- CHARGEABLE TRANSFER: Chargeable arrival transfer available in Rome. Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights with Insight Vacations, or whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle coach timings may purchase a chargeable transfer. However, guests booking independent hotel nights should make their own transfer arrangements.
- LONDON TRANSFER: Book air with Insight Vacations and you will receive complimentary departure transfer to London Heathrow Airport (LHR) with post-trip accommodation booked through Insight Vacations.
