  • DAY 16: Complimentary departure transfers arrive at Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) on the last day of the tour at 08:00 and 09:30. Please note, the Departure Venice transfers operate by water taxis. The water taxis pull into the airport pier, from here guests need to walk approximately 10 minutes into the airport terminal building using a moving walkway which is very clearly indicated from pier and on-route into Terminal building. There are also trolleys available at pier. Travel Directors will always advise guests in advance of pier and walk. As you can imagine with Venice being built on water the only way guests can arrive in front of Terminal building would be if they had stayed on mainland instead of on Venice island. Anyone staying on Venice island is transferred to airport by water taxi and left at pier.
  • CHARGEABLE TRANSFERS: Chargeable transfers available in Rome and Venice. Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights with Insight Vacations, or whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle coach timings may purchase a chargeable transfer. However, guests booking independent hotel nights should make their own transfer arrangements.
