Day 1

Today our tour will begin by crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, where our guide will share the history of the city and other useful information. Upon arrival to Muir Woods, you will have over an hour to explore the trails and extraordinary beauty of the some of the last remaining coastal redwoods in the world. After Muir Woods you will be dropped-off in the beautiful Mediterranean town of Sausalito, where we encourage you to grab lunch and take the ferry back to San Francisco for stunning views of the skyline.

Golden Gate Bridge

The iconic arches of San Francisco, California's Golden Gate Bridge are known the world over as a symbol of California and the San Francisco Bay area. From movies to postcards, the Golden Gate Bridge is an American icon.

Muir Woods National Monument

Muir Woods National Monument, across the bay from San Francisco, is a sanctuary for coastal redwoods. Visitors will be awed by these trees that extend themselves high above. This makes an excellent spot for camping and hiking.

If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

Additional Note

Since we use small buses to keep the tours intimate, we cannot accommodate luggage. However, anything that you're comfortable having on your lap or under your legs is fine with us.
Our minibuses are able to accommodate folding wheelchairs only.

Confirmation

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

Customers would receive a full refund if canceled 2 days or above prior to departure date; No refund if canceled within 2 days. The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
While we will make every effort to maintain a regular operation, we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip and issue a full refund to affected customers under special circumstances.
