- DAY 1: Complimentary arrival transfers depart Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) at 11:00 and 13:00 on the first day of the tour. Guests should arrive at least 2 hours before the last transfer time. Please be aware when booking your flights.
- CHARGEABLE TRANSFERS: Chargeable transfers available in Venice. Guests who have booked their pre-trip accommodation with Insight Vacations, or whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle coach timings may purchase a chargeable transfer. However, guests booking independent hotel nights should make their own transfer arrangements.
- DAY 11 EUROSTAR RETURN TO LONDON: Guests will be transferred to Paris Gare du Nord Rail station. We do not recommend guests have flights on the day they return back to London as we cannot guarantee how traffic or train schedules will run. Post night accommodation in London is highly recommended. This additional hotel night is at the guest's own expense and can be booked through Insight Vacations or independently.
- EUROSTAR TRAIN: Guests will journey unescorted on the train portion of the trip. Porterage service is not included at the train stations. Guests will be required to take their luggage on/off the train. On arrival at St. Pancras railway station in London, guests will be dropped at the Insight Vacations tour hotel and not the airport.
- LONDON TRANSFER: Book air with Insight Vacations and you will receive a complimentary transfer from the Insight Vacations tour hotel to London Heathrow Airport (LHR) on the last day of the itinerary or in conjunction with post-trip accommodation booked through Insight Vacations. Guests who have made their own flight arrangements may purchase a transfer at our specially negotiated group transfer rates. Transfers to London Gatwick Airport (LGW) are chargeable only.
