Child rates: apply to those who are 2 - 5 years old. Infant under 2 years old is free to take this tour.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a full-fare adult.

Itinerary

Overview

Today we will meet our guide and driver at Xian downtown hotel in the morning between 8:00am to 9:00 am. Then we will depart for the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Before exploring the Terracotta Warriors, we will firstly visit a terracotta figurine factory where we will have opportunity to buy warrior imitations as souvenirs. After that, our guide will lead us to the world-renowned Terracotta Warriors. After about 2.5-3 hours in the museum, we could enjoy a simple lunch and end the tour with the drop-off service at our own downtown hotel.

Xi'an, CN

With a recorded history dating back to before the tenth century BC, Xian is one of the oldest cities in both and the world. It is home to historic buildings, museums, tombs, monuments, national parks, and much more.

Terracotta Warrior

A collection of terracotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. It is a form of funerary art buried with the emperor in 210-209 BCE and whose purpose was to protect the emperor in his afterlife.

Departure & Return

Return: Guests will return to their hotel at about 3:00pm. For those who need to leave the tour from airport, we suggest that you book the return flight departing after 7:00pm.
Airport transfer is not available.
Departure time: between 8:00am and 9:00am. The exact pick up time will be provieded by the tour guide one day before your departure date.
Pick up is available for most downtown hotel. If your hotel is beyond 2nd ring road of Xian City, please go to the Bell Tower Hotel to meet the guide on your own. (Address: No.110 South Street, Beilin District, Xi'an, China. contact number: 86-029-87600000)

Additional Note

Please note the pick-up and drop-off service is available for centrally located hotels. If your hotel is beyond 2nd ring road of Xian, you can come to Bell Tower Hotel to meet your guide or pay additional fee for it.
Please kindly provide your passport details (full name, passport number, DOB and nationality) to arrange the tour.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties per person policy:
(Notification day and departure day are not counted)
48 hours or more prior to departure - No penalty.
25 hours to 47 hours prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 24 hours prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
