Pricing Policy

Buy 2 get 1 free (3 or 4pax sharing one room): (1) Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure. (2)No-show (or late cancellation) of free passenger incurs $115 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 2-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).

Day 1

Los Angeles - Tanger Factory Outlet - Las Vegas (281 miles)

Today, we will journey through the San Bernardino Valley Area and the immense Mojave Desert. On the way, we will stop at the Tanger Factory Outlet Mall. Upon our arrival in Las Vegas in the afternoon, guests are free to spend their time as they please. There is an optional night tour for exploring Las Vegas.*

Barstow, CA

Tanger Outlet Center: The Tanger Factory Outlet Center in Barstow, California offers designer wares at bargain prices. Stores at the outdoor complex include Guess, Nike, Nine West, Banana Republic, Polo Ralph Lauren, Timberland, Coach, and many more, with even more to come.

Las Vegas, NV

Mojave Desert: The Mojave Desert in the southwestern United States extends from California into Utah, Nevada, and Arizona. Its most famous area is probably Death Valley, which holds the record for the highest temperature ever recorded on Earth, 134 °F.

Day 2

Grand Canyon West (Mandatory $80/person) - Hoover Dam - Las Vegas (614 miles)

We will begin the day by traveling to the West Rim** of the Grand Canyon, where we will arrive at 9:30am. We will visit the famous Skywalk Glass Bridge* to get a 720-degree view of the canyon. Guests will also have the opportunity to take a combined Colorado River Cruise and Helicopter Tour.* After, we will leave the Grand Canyon and stop off to see the Hoover Dam. From there, we will return to Las Vegas.

Grand Canyon

Grand Canyon West Rim: Located just 2 hours from nearby Las Vegas, Nevada, Grand Canyon West boasts the newest visitor attraction, the Grand Canyon Skywalk. Its plexiglass floor extends 70 feet over the edge of the Canyon's rim, allowing visitors to look straight down to the canyon floor 4,000 feet below.

Skywalk Glass Bridge: The Glass Bridge Glass Bridge suspended 4,000 feet above the Colorado River on the very edge of the Grand Canyon West Rim. It can withstand the weight of 71 fully loaded Boeing 747 airplanes (more that 71 million pounds).

Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour: These exciting tours from the West Rim descend directly into the Grand Canyon. They combine the thrill of a helicopter and the speed of a pontoon boat to form an unforgettable up-close experience with the magnificent Grand Canyon.

Hoover Dam: The beautiful Hoover Dam is located 30 miles southeast of Las Vegas in the Black Canyon of the Colorado River. The massive concrete dam was a monumental undertaking built during the Great Depression and dedicated by Franklin Roosevelt himself.

Free day in Las Vegas

Today guests will have the whole day to explore the city of Las Vegas at their leisure.

Nicknamed 'Sin City' and the Entertainment Capital of the World, Las Vegas is situated in the midst of the southern Nevada desert landscape. The city has giant mega-casino hotels, decorated with lavish care and attention to detail to create a fantasy-like atmosphere.

Day 4

Las Vegas - Ethel M Chocolate Factory - Botanical Cactus Garden - Los Angeles (281 miles)

Before we leave Las Vegas, we will travel to the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and its Botanical Cactus Gardens. After, we will continue on our way back to Los Angeles.

Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, which should occur within 1 business day.
Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used.

Confirmation

Redemption

May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?
The itinerary page has the hotel information. The tour in Las Vegas is Stratosphere hotel (2000 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89104). For packages of 5 days or longer, the actual hotel is listed on the tour voucher which is sent within 48 business hours after the booking.
What are the tour available dates?
All the tour available dates are listed online under "Departure Date" drop-down menu. As long as you can select the date online and complete the booking, that means that date is available. You can also refer to the calendar. All the available dates are shown in blue color. The tour gets sold out fast so we encourage to book the tour in advance.
Where will we have meals in this tour?
Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza which has many restaurants to offer variety of food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order based on their preference.
Where are the pick-up locations of tours?
Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.
Can I change my seats on the bus?
To be fair to everyone, the tour rotates seats everyday. So everyone gets to sit in the front, middle and back.
Can I pay this tour by cash?

Hi I'm 23 and from the UK will this trip be ok for someone of my age? I will also be staying at the banana bungalow hostel I'm not to sure of my pick up location!!

If you stay in 5920 Hollywood Boulevard Hollywood, CA 90028, the best pick up location for you is 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012 (Chinatown Senior Citizen Center). This location is about 6 miles away. By taxi, it takes about 10 minutes. Yes, this tour has people of all ages. There are many young adults booking this tour.

I checked and found 1500 S Raymond Ave, Fullerton, CA 92831 (Crown Plaza Hotel Fullerton)is the most convenient pick up location which departs at 6:45am.

In the morning, the tour guide missed picking us up in the hotel. We range the 24 hour live support, a nice lady helped us to get hold of the driver. After 1.5 hours, a different driver picked us up and took us to Las Vegas. We were very upset at first, but we appreciate the immediate action done by customer service support. The trip turned out great. We had fun in Las Vegas and the journey to Grand Canyon is very smooth.

First the positive stuff. The guides were very helpful, especially Daniel whom I'll mention again later. The hotel and the bus were fine and comfortable. We had plenty of time at bus stops, but I agree with the review given below that the bus should drop off people at the Hoover Dam, and not at the parking lot near it. Now the negative. The Seagull company's (they run this tour) customer support service is awful. We called them 24 hours before the departure to find out which day will be the free day in Las Vegas, as we planned to visit the Neon Museum in Vegas (you have to make an appointment with this museum). The Seagull representative told us that the free day will be on the second day of the trip (i.e., Thursday). We asked if she was certain and she said yes. We bought tickets and were then extremely surprised when the guide announced in the bus that the free day is on Friday (i.e., the third day of the trip). We tried to reschedule the visit to the museum but did not succeed. We called the Seagull customer service and told them they made a mistake which costed us $30. They kept bouncing us from one representative to another and eventually the last person we talked to said it was not their problem and that was it. They could have compensated us in some way, but I guess a bad review is not worth $30. Our guide, Daniel, was witness to the whole discussion with the customer service and on the way back he gave us a small bag of chocolates he bought at the Chocolate Factory stop. He also apologized for how we were treated by the customer service people. Perhaps the Seagull customer service representatives could learn a thing or two from Daniel on how to treat their customers. I understand the Seagull company serves a lot of Chinese tourists and perhaps these tourists tolerate this kind of behaviour. I don't think anyone should tolerate bad service, especially not in US.

This trip was not very satisfied. Reason: 1. On the 1st day pick I had to change my pickup point but as per cust care person they are not able to contact the tour guy and because of that my pickpoint was not changed by them. It resulted to pay $125 to reach to my old pickup point. Sugg: Make all the numbers of all the tour guy available 24/7 to your cust care people. 2. Bus tour guy didn't support at hoover dam stop. They could have stopped the bus at hoover dam and dropped us there, so that we could have better view of it but they stopped the bus at the parking which was very far and at the top. They gave only 20 mins for it. It was not possible to visit Hoover Dam in this 20 mins. Sugg: Drop the tourist at hoover dam and then park the bus wherever is possible. Then pick again from the same place after 1/2 an hour atleast.
