Day 1

Begin your tour by visiting the most important buildings in the heart of Florence. See the Duomo, the Baptistery of Saint John, the Museo dell 'Opera del Duomo, and Giotto's Bell Tower which stands adjacent to the Basilica of Santa Maria del Fiore.
Then, move towards Piazza Della Signoria where you can admire the sculpture of David by Michelangelo, placed outside the Palazzo Vecchio as a symbol of the Republic's defiance of the tyrannical Medici. Next, visit Ponte Vecchio Bridge, the most famous bridge in Florence and undoubtedly one of the city's most illustrious landmarks.

Historic Florence, Italy is considered to be one of the most gorgeous cities in the world. Its long tradition of art and culture can be seen on nearly every doorstep. Millions of people travel here each year.

Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore

The main church in Florence, this cathedral features an impressive dome that was designed by Arnolfo di Cambio in 1296. It is built in a mixture of Gothic and renaissance styles.

Florence Baptistery

This Florentine baptistery also carries the distinction of being a minor basilica. It was built between 1059 and 1128 in a Romanesque style. It is where the famous poet Dante was baptized in his youth.

Museo dell'Operadel Duomo

A museum in front of the Florence Cathedral, it commits to the conservation of the Dome and other artworks. It stores great masterpieces of Michelangelo, Donatello, Lorenzo Ghiberti, Luca Della Robbia, Arnolfo di Cambio, and many others.

Palazzo Vecchio

Overlooking the Piazza della Signoria is the town hall of Florence, an austere late-medieval palace that was built to reflect the growing importance of the city itself. There are 3 separate courtyards, all serving different functions.

Piazza del Duomo

The "Cathedral Square" in the heart of Florence is one of the most-visited places on the planet. It is home to an impressive list of breathtaking buildings emblematic of Italian art and culture, including the Florence Cathedral and Baptistery.

Piazza della Signoria

The Piazza della Signoria features many can't-miss Florentine buildings. The Palazzo Vecchio, Florence's massive fortress of a town hall, towers above. The Loggia dei Lanzi is a beautiful piece of Renaissance architecture, bedecked with bronze and marble sculptures.

Ponte Veccio

The Ponte Veccio is a Medieval stone bridge over the Arno River in Florence. The bridge is lined by shops, something that was typical at the time of its construction in 1345; they are mostly artists and souvenir vendors.

Campanile di Giotto

This freestanding belltower in Florence rises 280 ft above the surrounding city. There are several hexagonal panels that can be seen around the base of the structure.

Redemption

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

Cancellation Policy: Any Service reserved can be canceled without any charge up to 48 Hours before the tour start time.
If your reservation is not canceled 48 hours in advance, a full charge to your credit/debit card will be affected.
There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
