After guests have grouped at the specified departure location in Florence, we will begin this tour. Over the course of the next few hours, we will learn how to make our own fresh pasta following the oldest Italian traditions, using flower, eggs, and other ingredients. Under the expert guidance of a multilingual chef, we will learn to make pasta by using both a rolling pin and a pasta machine. We will prepare three different types of pasta with three different sauces and a standard Italian dessert. After the course, we will enjoy lunch, which will taste even better in the knowledge that we prepared it by hand. Afterwards, guests will be returned to the departure location.
