Today, we will take the journey of a lifetime to heavenly Hana Town with the help of a friendly, experienced guide who will provide a captivating narration of the island's secrets. We will weave through the lush tropical rainforest, where there are more than 600 curves and 59 one-lane bridges on the road to Hana, dotted with stunning vistas, cascading waterfalls and more incredible scenery. We will enjoy the Ho'okipa Lookout, the island's most famous north shore beach, where surfing and windsurfing competitions are held and waves can reach up to 25 feet tall! Then, we will visit Kaumahina State Wayside Park, the Keanae Lookout, Pua'a Ka'a Wayside Park, Wai'anapanapa State Park, Wailua Falls and the Pools of Oheo, where we can take a dip in the water if weather permits. During the day, we will also catch glimpses of Waikani Falls.

    Wai'anapanapa State Park

    A 122-acre (0.49 km2) state park in Hana, on the island of Maui, in Hawaii. Wai'anapanapa means "glistening fresh water" in the Hawaiian language, referring to nearby fresh water streams and sparkling pools.

    Ho'okipa

    Ho'okipa is a beach on the north shore of Maui, Hawaii and perhaps the most renowned windsurfing site in the world. Waves there are largest during the winter, smaller in summer. Surfing contests are held there too.

    Kaumahina State Wayside Park

    Kaumahina State Wayside Park or Kaumahina State Park consists of 7.8 acres (32,000 m2) of forest and exotic plants. Amenities include a rest stop and scenic views of the northeast Maui coastline and Ke'anae Peninsula.

    Pua'a Ka'a Wayside State Park

    A state park on the island of Maui, Hawaii, located along the Hana Highway approximately 63 km east of Kahului. The area consists of 5 acres of rainforest with waterfalls and pools. The park is at an elevation of 1,200 ft (370 m) and roughly 0.5 mi (0.80 km) away from Waiohue Bay.

Additional Note

  • Please remark any food allergies when booking. Guests should advise server of any food allergies when dining.
  • Be sure to bring a swimsuit & towel to swim at the Pools of Oheo (Weather Permitted). Water shoes are optional.
  • All tours connect at Maui Marketplace or other point of convergence.
  • Guests must sign a waiver acknowledging risks associated with waterfall swims.
  • The Road to Hana has stretches with uneven surfaces which at times may produce a rough ride.
  • This tour is not recommended for guests in a wheelchair. Many of the stops are on rock, gravel, and sand.
  • ADA Accessible:
    • Due to limited availability, we require that ADA vehicle reservations be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to date and time of service. Roberts will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of the disabled traveler.
    • For electric wheelchairs or scooters: The combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 lbs, the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 inches.
    • Stops may include sandy, uneven or unpaved paths not ideal for ADA accessibility. Not all stops on the tour are ADA accessible.
    • Guests should wear comfortable walking shoes.
    • Guests may want to bring light jacket in case there is rain.
    • Routes and time may be modified or restricted due to circumstances beyond control.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Cancellations/No Shows:
    A 10% service fee is withheld for any cancelled reservation paid by credit card. The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    There will be no charge for cancellations made by 12 noon, the day prior of scheduled service. Thereafter the full charge will apply.
    No shows will incur full charges - No refund.
  • Prices may vary and are subject to availability by season, weekend, and/or holiday.
  • While we will make every effort to maintain a regular operation, we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip and issue a full refund to affected customers under special circumstances.
