Overview
Full description
We depart from Ushuaia for the majestic Tierra Mayor Valley, where an experience that connects body and soul with the nature of Tierra del Fuego begins.
From the Nunatak refuge, we embark on a fascinating trail through peat bogs, crystal-clear streams, and centuries-old forests of lengas and coihues that envelop the environment with their aromas and sounds.
During the journey, we may be surprised by the local fauna: curious foxes, condors soaring overhead, and traces of beavers that inhabit this magical environment.
Our destination: the stunning Laguna Esmeralda, located in the heart of the Tierra del Fuego Nature and Landscape Reserve.
Its turquoise waters contrast with the white of the glaciers and the deep green of the Tierra del Fuego mountain range, creating an ideal setting to rest, enjoy lunch, and absorb the peace of the place.
The return journey follows a different trail, allowing us to discover new perspectives of the landscape. At the end, the minibus awaits us to return to Ushuaia with our hearts full of nature and adventure.
