Travel to Roman Baths

The Roman Baths is an exceptionally well-preserved bathhouse built around a natural hotspring in antiquity. The first bathhouse there was built in about 890 BC (before Roman rule), though the current building dates to about 65 AD. The bathhouse is a major tourist attractions, pulling in more than one million visitors annually. It is of note that visitors to the complex and museum can tour the building freely but cannot actually enter the water themselves.
