Guests will be picked up from the specified departure locations in Buenos Aires. to begin this tour. Today, we will travel to Belen de Escobar, a town northwest of Tigre and northeast of Pilar, to visit Temaiken Park. Covering almost 86 acres, the park is a world class habitat that mimics the natural environments of many animals. It is divided into different zones: African, Asian, and South American. We will be able to see amazing aquatic animals like hippos, sharks, manta rays, alligators, penguins, tapirs, and turtles. This tour has a minimum requirement of 2 passengers. In the rare case this minimum is not met, you are entitled to your choice of a tour reschedule, tour credit towards another product, or a refund.
Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a voucher will be granted once voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.

Policies

Currency Fluctuations: All tour prices are current at the time of publication and are susceptible to currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to alter the tour price in accordance with changes in foreign exchanges rates and changes in prices for services. The rate that you pay when you reserve your tour will protect you against future currency fluctuations; on the other hand, no price adjust (refund) will be made based upon change in tour prices.

Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
15 days or more prior to departure - no penalty
8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.

Prices may vary and are subject to availability by season, weekend, and/or holiday.

While we will make every effort to maintain a regular operation, we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip and issue a full refund to affected customers under special circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
