The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 2 stars and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza which has many restaurants to offer variety of food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order based on their preference.

For 3 day tours or less, the seats are arranged according to the time of booking. The earliest you book, you get to seat more at the front. For 4 or more days, the seats are rotated so everyone has oportunity to seat in different parts of the bus.

If you need a special seating arrangement for a medical reason, please contact us and we will try to work our best to seat you at the front. In some cases, a medical proof will be requested.

Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

No. TakeTours is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day. You can also click the link of "What if my dates are not available or appear as sold out? Notify Me!", we will inform you by email once the date you choose becomes available.

No. You do not. E-Ticket will be automatically emailed to you after you complete your booking online. All you need to do is to bring a valid picture ID along with a printout of eTicket you receive to board the scheduled bus.
