Customer Q & As

Ask a Question
Question
Hello, we'd like to book this tour for 2 people but would like to stay back at Quebec City, i.e. we won't go back to Montreal. Can we have a discount for that? Can you drop us off at Old Quebec? We're also going to bring our luggage (two pieces weighing at 20kg each, totaling 40kg). Is there space for it on the bus?
by Minh on 2016-08-28
Answer
Thank you for your email, If you would like to stay in Quebec city you may contact our support group available 24/7, one of our representatives can send a request to the vendor. We do not offer any current discounts for this tour. Most bus operators allow each passenger to have one piece of check-in luggage and one carry-on bag. For guidance, the check-in luggage must not exceed 62 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions of the piece (length + width + height) and should not weigh more than 50 pounds. Oversize and additional luggage fee start at $10 per piece. Feel free to contact our support group if you have any further questions. Best Regards.

  • This was a very big disappointment. First we were picked up late by a dirty van. Seven passengers were cramped in this van. No guide at all. We had a driver. Daniel was very nice but most of the time he spoke Chinese to other Chinese passengers. We have no idea what was happening. I do not recommend this trip at all.

  • The tour was great, specially the Saint Anne Canyon. We enjoyed the fall foliage. The only thing that we did not like was limited lunch options.

  • The tour was in a very comfortable minibus and our group was around 12 people. It was in both English and Mandarin. There wasn't lots of information given on the tour but it was a good way to get to see the different sites. All activities are optional, however bear in mind that if you choose not to do an activity you must wait on the rest of the group and are not able to go onto the next thing, I chose not to go to the observatoire and ended up just walking round the area nearby, we couldn't go ahead to visit the city. All the stops are quite short but there is sufficient time to see the falls (50 minutes), the canyon (1 hour) and the observatory (30 minutes), I could have used more time in the city, we had 2 hours, but I understand that isn't practical with the itinerary. There was a change to the itinerary for our first stop, we went to the falls before the canyon, I didn't hear why, but it still worked. It isn't so much a guided tour, but a way to get to all the places. Overall, a good way to see the places around Quebec and get a glimpse of the city.
