Lena, she is amazing,so organized and careful about each one of the passengers.she has awesome character.I wish it was possible to choose the tour leader. This was my second trip to Quebec city with take a tour. My first experience was disaster as our tourleader don't have any knowledge and it seemed she came as another passanger. No information or service at that time I felt I throw my money in garbage. I decied to give another chance and this one was great experience and it was all about our lovely Lena!! As a tour manager for more than 10 years, I can say a tour leader can save or lose the client. But about take a tour, I am not very happy with customer service but the tour itself is acceptable to the price. Hope you will be more careful about your choices of the tour leaders!!
I recommend this tour!

Fun trip to Qubec city. Ice hotel and Montmorency were real winter experience of Canada. Pauline was a very friendly and helpful guide too. Qubec city in snow had a different flavour than summer time as well. My friend who was visiting from Japan was satisfied to see different tourist spots.
I recommend this tour!
