Itinerary
Early morning departure from Montreal. Travel along the magnificent scenery on both banks of the St. Lawrence River and arrive in Mont-Joli for lunch. Continue to the Jardins de Métis, where you'll discover an impressive variety of plants and flowers. At the end of the day, arrive in Gaspé and check in at the hotel.
Rimouski, QC
Rimouski is a Canadian city located in the Bas-Saint-Laurent (Quebec) region at the mouth of the Rimouski River. In November, the town is the host of the yearly Salon du Livre de Rimouski, the oldest event of the kind in the province of Quebec.
Les Jardins de Metis (Redford Gardens)
Les Jardins de Metis, also known as the Redford Gardens, are exquisite gardens in the Rimouski area in Quebec. The symbol of the gardens is the blue poppy, which grows here. Every summer, the gardens host an international garden festival.
After lunch, head to Forillon National Park, known for its flora, fauna, and geological formations. Continue to Perce, famous for its iconic Perce Rock. Board a cruise ship bound for Bonaventure Island. During the crossing, spot seabirds, seals, rock formations, and, with a little luck, whales. Upon arrival on the island, take a walk to explore the world's largest colony of northern gannets, home to nearly 110,000 birds. At the end of the day, depart for New Brunswick and arrive in Bathurst. Check in at the hotel, with dinner nearby.

Continue to Shediac, known as the 'Lobster Capital of the World,' where you can admire the famous giant lobster. After lunch in Moncton, depart for Halifax. Visit the Halifax Citadel, a military fort located at the city's highest point. Then board the Harbour Hopper, an amphibious vehicle that takes you on a tour of Halifax and Dartmouth while recounting the history of this important gateway for immigrants to Canada. After dinner, arrive at the hotel.

A Canadian town in New Brunswick known as the "Lobster Capital of the World". It hosts an annual festival every July which promotes its ties to lobster fishing. At the western entrance to the town is a 90-tonne sculpture called (perhaps inaccurately) The World's Largest Lobster.

The capital of Nova Scotia, Halifax is the largest city east of Quebec. It is widely considered one of the best places to live in all of Canada, and is an up-and-coming modern city with many historic places.
Halifax Citadel
Built as a British stronghold during the French and Indian War, the Halifax Citadel proudly rises on a hill above the rest of the city. Visitors can tour the grounds during the day or on a nighttime "Ghost Tour."
Harbour Hopper
On this tour, guests will board a vehicle that can travel on land or by water, embarking on a sightseeing tour of the cit of Halifax and a cruise in the harbor.
After breakfast, depart for Peggy's Cove, where you can admire its famous lighthouse and the impressive waves crashing against the granite rocks. After lunch, stop at the Confederation Bridge Information Center, once the world's longest bridge spanning the sea. You'll also have the opportunity to purchase local specialties and souvenirs there. Continue to Charlottetown, the capital of Prince Edward Island and the birthplace of Canadian Confederation, to see the Province House. In the evening, enjoy a lobster dinner (not included). The Hopewell Rocks are a unique series of rock formations caused by tidal erosion. They are located on the shores of the Bay of Fundy in Hopewell Cape, New Brunswick. The area is also known for its wildlife.
