Our journey to Taroudant day trip and the oasis of Tiout starts with an early pick up, from the reception of your hotel or residence. Then drive to Taroudant first which is called mini Marrakech because it looks like Marrakech by its surrounding ramparts.
Back in the '60s), the Saadi dynasty chose Taroudant as a capital before they moved to Marrakech. Today the city is almost located inside its ramparted walls, unlike Marrakech.
The city is now famous for its local crafts and carpets and has the feel of Marrakech.
On our way before arriving at Taroudant, we will have a stop to grab a nice picture of the flying goats(goats climbing an argan tree). Then continue our way to the old Medina( the old city of Taroudant).
Once we finish the visit to Taroudant we return to Agadir.
