I strongly recommend this tour
This was the first time to visit New York.
It was very experience especially with very nice group and tour guide from Alan was perfect.

We had a good time. Very well organized, though AC in the bus was a bit of a problem as it was not enough. We strongly recommend this tour for others and have informed many of our friends. All the places were covered in time. Tour guide Paul was good and knowledgeable. He ensured we reached JFK airport well in time to catch over overseas flight by arranging a private taxi midway in Queens area so that we do not miss our flight.
Our recommendation/suggestion - Breakfast needs to be managed better as for few days we left hotel early and had to stop somewhere in mid of morning tour to garb something to eat. It might be better for tourists to make their own arrangements in advance if possible.
At few places like Philadelphia, Capitol Hill (Did not take inside tour) and Boston (Did not take University tour) we had more time to spend but could not explore more of the city.
Overall we recommend this tour for anyone as its convenient, well organised, worth for the price.

Loved the itinerary and organization. I did the tour with my parents and they both thoroughly enjoyed it. We had 2 tour guides for 1 day each and they were good. For the last 4 days, we had Paul as the tour guide and he was exceptional. Plan to do all the optional tours to get the maximum value. Hotel accomodations near Phily and Niagara falls could have been better. I definitely recommend this.

The tour was great, I took a 7 days trip with my family starts from New York City. We are very satisfied with the hotels, clean and nice, you can ask for a King bed room if you want. Tour guide and driver are very friendly,we had a great time in Washington DC and Niagara Falls, I've been expecting this trip for a long time, and everything turned out amazing! Very unforgettable memories!

My tour was of of 4 days and it was one of the best tour. Guide was Alan and he was best in taking care of everyone on the bus. Stopped at good eateries to have lunch and dinner. Cherry on top was the hotel. I didn't expected such good hotels in the trip. It was from Sheraton,Hilton etc.
Bus was fully air-conditioned and everyone on the tour was good. Would definitely go again with them when back on America

We had taken five day Washington DC, Philadelphia, Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Boston, New York tour. Our tour guide, Jason, was very well informed, fluent in English, and very considerate in his dealings. He also displayed wonderful sense of humor which kept the spirits up. Jason ensured that stops were planned at regular intervals for convenience of customers.
With the exception of hotel in Buffalo, all other hotels were very good.
Thank you Mayi Tours for this enjoyable experience.

Angie is the best tour guide for me. She's so patient and kind with all of us in the bus. And on our last day, she even became our driver going back to New York. You're the best, Angie. I hope you'll be our tour guide next time I travel with Taketours. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

My sister booked this 4-Day Niagara trip for my husband and I. We really had a great time and enjoyed the tour so much specially the Niagara falls.
Angie, our tour guide, was always so kind and patient with all of us. She cares for every tourist in her bus. She replies to all our queries. Never did I see her pout, she's always smiling. She's sooo nice. She's the best! If I will book with taketours again in the future (definitely I will), I would love to have Angie again as our tour guide.
And also, I would like to commend our very patient driver, Fung. Loved how he carefully drove us from one place to another.
The only downside is our 2nd night hotel - the Buffalo Airport hotel. I saw a bug in our bed. And I think the staff of the hotel knew it because we got transferred to another room without question. But, the rest were okay specially the Double tree hotel in Boston.
Thank you so much again for giving us a wonderful experience.

Our tour was good. Our tour guide was Sammy and he was great. He would always explain the area we were in and the history and other cool information about the area. He also cracked a lot of jokes and was really great overall. The hotels were not 4 stars but 3 stars so they are misleading with those. Other than that we did have a good time.
P.S. When you get the lobster dinner, make sure you ask for the lobster rolls instead of the whole lobster😂.

My tour guide MARK was awesome. I must say all 3 hotel rooms were top notch and excellent. Recommended if you want to cover more places in less time without hassle of finding car parking.
