  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

Additional Note

  • Hotel pricing: Prices are based on two adults sharing. Single room occupancy requires an extra fee. Double, triple & quad prices are for two, three, and four people, staying in one room, respectively (including children). Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (adults or children). Each guest room comes standard with two full-sized or one queen-sized bed.
  • Child Seat: According to the New York law regulation Children who are under 8 years may need a car seat to take our tours depends on the transportation vehicle. Customers will need to prepare car seats themselves, the tour operator is not responsible to provide car seats.
  • City passes are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule. The group entrance tickets provided by tour guides have fast lane and tour guides accompany passengers for activities

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • BOOKING AND RESERVATION
    Tour operator suggests each passenger books tours at least one day before the departure date. Yet, this product is available last minute booking as long as there is an inventory on the page. The seats will not be assigned until the reservation has been made. The passenger may require to provide name, phone number, and address and specify the designated tour and date of travel.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through webmail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    30 days or more prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    15-29 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of the total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
    Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • SEAT ASSIGNMENT
    All seats are pre-assigned that based on a first come first serve basis after the reservation. For special needs, customers could add the first rows option before check-out. The additional price might be applied.
  • BOARDING TIME AND PLACE
    All passengers must arrive 15 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show a photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after the reservation is made.
  • TRAVEL INSURANCE
    The tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance.
  • RESPONSIBILITY
    (1) Tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels and alter the itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of the tour.
    (2) Tour operator reserves the right to alter the tour program and itinerary order may be different than displayed online, the tour guide will arrange it accordingly depending on the traffic, hotel arrangement, and attractions opening time, etc.
    (3) Tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. By accepting our policy, the passenger must agree that the tour operator shall hold no responsibilities in itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness, theft, loss, accidents, weather, bus issues or any other causes.
    (4) Each group requires a minimum of 10 passengers to operate a departure. The tour operator reserves the right to cancel a departure due to not meeting this basic requirement. Liability for such cancellation is limited to a full refund of the money received by us, and this will constitute full settlement with Tour Department.
    (5) Tour operator reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any tour member for any reason before or during the tour.
    (6) All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
    (7) All itineraries are subject to change without notice.
    (8) All passengers must obtain a valid passport and all entry/exit visa as required by immigration regulation.
    (9) If the passenger has any special request to leave the tour in a certain place during the tour, it is their responsibility to notify tour operator in advance to confirm upon booking the tour.
    (10) Passenger must be self-reliant; those who require assistance must be accompanied by a friend or relative. Tour operator is NOT able to provide individual assistance for any passenger.
    (11) Passengers should inform the escort or hotel reception if they are to use the hotel swimming pool. All children should be accompanied by their parents while using the pool. No lifeguard on premises swim at your own risk.
    (12) Passenger(s) are responsible for his or her belonging(s). Tour operator will NOT longer provide services to track or trace any personal item(s).
