Travel to Whirlpool State Park

Niagara Falls' Whirlpool State Park overlooks the whirlpool from which it gets its name, just a bit downriver from the falls themselves. With two levels, street and river, the park is the perfect place to have a picnic on a verdant field before making your way down to the roaring waters below to catch a glimpse of the torrential currents of the whirlpool. The park includes hiking and biking trails, fishing spots, and a playground.
