Itinerary

Meals: on your own
Depart early in the morning from Page, Arizona, and drive just 15 minutes to a private dock. Under the guidance of a professional Navajo leader, you'll learn how to use the equipment and receive a safety briefing before boarding a speedboat to explore the stunning Lake Powell. As sunlight reflects off the red rock walls along the shore, you'll cruise through this "Colorful Canyon" — one of America’s most beloved inland water destinations. Your first stop is Glen Canyon Dam, where you'll view the second-largest man-made lake dam on the Colorado River (next only to Hoover Dam), marveling at the incredible engineering achievements of the past. The boat then heads to Antelope Canyon from the water, offering a unique perspective of its iconic rock formations.

Lake Powell

Lake Powell

Lake Powell is a beautiful reservoir along the Colorado River amid the vast desert expanses of Utah. It is in the vicinity of the Rainbow Bridge, Ticaboo Canyon, and iconic Antelope Canyon.
Glen Canyon Dam

Glen Canyon Dam

This concrete arch dam in northern Arizona barricades the Colorado River and creates Lake Powell, the second-largest man-made lake in the country. Lake Powell is a haven for water-skiers and boaters, and is also popular with fishermen.
Antelope Canyon, AZ

Antelope Canyon, AZ

The most popular slot canyon in the American Southwest is Antelope Canyon, a sandstone formation formed by flood and rainwater. The canyon is located on a Navajo reservation, and has been made a Navajo Tribal Park.

Departure & Return

We will depart from dock at the Wahweap Main Launch Ramp below Wahweap Blvd 15 minutes before start time. It takes approximately 20-30min to drive to the check-in location from Page, so be sure to plan accordingly.

Due to the low water level, there are orange traffic barricades marking the end of the ramp. Guests can park on the left side of the ramp near the bottom where there is striped parking. THIS IS DAYTIME PARKING so you can ignore the signage reading "30 minute parking". From here, guests will walk below the large, orange traffic barricades and continue down the ramp. Directly below the launch ramp, you will see 2 floating docks on the water. Your captain will meet you on the LEFT dock. (If you are walking toward the large houseboats to the right, you are walking in the wrong direction.)
