You´ll be picked up from your hotel and start with a scenic drive through tropical landscape, followed by short walk along beautiful rice terraces. You reach BALIKARU experience haven and will be guided through our herb and spice garden with more than 30 different types plants.

Next activity is traditional Jamu making, a more than 1000 years old tradition in Indonesia.Taste the healthy drink before you change from Jamu- to Cooking Pavillon with cooking stations and an old PAON BALI – the traditional Balinese kitchen. Our chef will explain all the ingredients of an authentic Balinese meal and follow his instructions you´ll become your own Balinese chef by today. Enjoy the self-prepared lunch in our authentic Warung Balikaru, surrounded by the serenity of village compound, the unique atmosphere of a real Bali.

Visit Bale Belajar, a hub for local children's learning, followed by a guided easy walk downhill through Belulang village. Meet a friendly family at their traditional house and chat with them to learn more about traditional village life. The walk ends at Belulang Hot Spring, before your driver brings you back to your hotel.
