We are here to get you to South Florida's top events, concerts, beaches or the office with high-speed rail service between Orlando and Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach.

Please note:

1. SMART service offers a comfortable Business Class option on board with hand-stitched leather seats, complimentary Starlink WiFi, multiple power and USB outlets and a variety of food and beverages available for purchase. Adult and child fares apply to SMART Service fares only.

2. PREMIUM service is a first-class experience with additional amenities including a dedicated PREMIUM lounge, priority boarding, checked baggage and complimentary snacks and beverages throughout the journey. Last mile service is included to get you from the station to anywhere within a five-mile radius in South Florida, with a complimentary Uber ride. PREMIUM service is sold on a per person basis only.

3. Departures are sold by time slot, please select your preferred departure time slot from Orlando when making your booking. The supplier will confirm your booking within the requested departure window and your exact train departure time and confirmation directly from the train will be emailed to you. Your train departure time will be within the requested departure window and you must board that specific train/departure.

4. You will need to accept the e-tickets from Brightline on your electronic device, to scan the barcode upon arrival at the train station for access to the platform.

5. You will have 24 hours to communicate with Grayline immediately after booking by sending an email with Hotelbeds reference, PAX name, email for lead traveler, date of birth for each individual traveler. More information is provided after booking.
