Visit the Romanesque cloister of the Franciscan monastery, the third oldest pharmacy in Europe and the first that was open to the public. It is a monastery until this day since 1317, that’s the year when the pharmacy was founded as well. Centuries of expertise and experiments was poured into each medication and remedy. Today there’s a memory of once glorious past, all enclosed within the walls of today’s Franciscan Museum.
