Enjoy the world of the Greek kitchen in this special cooking lesson on Mykonos.

We start by going to the local market at the harbor front where we meet the farmers of Mykonos offering their sun ripped vegetables full of flavor. We purchase our vegetables and make our way to the local restaurant where the lesson starts. We get a first introduction of the Greek kitchen and start preparing the food under the guidance of an experienced cook. If you like it is hands on so you are actively involved in getting our Greek meal ready. We make Tzatziki, eggplant salad, Greek salad, saganaki cheese, and Moussaka, and afterwards sit down to eat our meal which is accompanied by local wines.

During the meal we also speak about the culture of the Greek kitchen and the wines. We end our meal with a desert and a Greek coffee.
