Departure in the morning to Caraíva, 110 km from Porto Seguro, with 44 km of dirt road, arrival in Nova Caraiva, a small town on the other side of the river, the journey to Caraíva we cross the river in canoes. On the other side, the only transportation available to get around are wagons. Caraíva is a small village with about 600 residents. There are only a few sand streets, in about 20 minutes we can get around the whole village.
The view of the colorful houses, the river and the access to the sea, are beautiful landscapes that are delightful to appreciate and discover the charms of the place.
