Your guide will take you for a walk through the Diocletian's Palace and historical streets of Split to Uje oil bar, an inevitable gastro stop in Split where you will be introduced to the ways of tasting olive oil quality and presented with authentic Croatian wine varieties. The experience will be enriched by pairing olive oil with fleur de sel, aged red wine vinegar, homemade bread from our oven, green olive tapenade, mixed sheep and cow milk cheese, and fig jam. Enjoy free time after the tour before your transfer to the hotel.

DIOCLETIAN PALACE
The historic core of Split, its stunning Diocletian’s Palace, was originally built as the Roman Emperor’s retirement venue at the turn of the 4th century AD. But, when the Slavs ransacked the Roman Salona in the 7th century, the entire town fled to the palace, setting foundation for the wondrous city Split is today.
