Full description
Departing from Bajo de la Sombra Port, we will arrive at the world-famous Perito Moreno Glacier approximately 5 miles from our departure point. Upon arrival, enjoy a 40-minute walk across the Rico Arm to reach the glacier. We will then be given crampons (special metal spikes worn on boots for traction). Then the adventure really begins with a fascinating 2-hour walk across the glacier.
At the end of the walk, we will be offered to toast to our adventure with a glass of whiskey paired with ice from the glacier. Once finished we will make our way back on a road that cuts between a forest of lengas and the pier. Crossing the Rico Arm again, we will be lead to the footbridge in front of the glacier. For one last glance at the Perito Moreno Glacier.

Please note that this activity has an age restriction, with no exceptions, only people between the ages of 8 and 65 can do it.

- Maximum age: 65 years old. It is not suitable for pregnant women, those who use wheelchairs nor for those with heart or back problems due to the physical effort required. Minimum Age: 8 years old
