Our first stop is Muir Woods National Monument, where ancient groves of Giant Redwoods (Sequoia Sempervirens) tower over Redwood Creek. Our flexible shuttle service allows you more time in Muir Woods than the amount of time offered by any tour company!
Next, visit the beautiful coastal town of Sausalito, a gorgeous Mediterranean-style village with quaint shops, art galleries, and waterfront restaurants. If a one-hour stop in Sausalito isn’t enough for you, extend your stay and return by ferry to San Francisco at your leisure. Ferry cost not included. You can spend as long as you want in Muir Woods. Your booking is valid for any shuttle departure on the day/date of travel.
End the tour back at San Francisco's beautiful waterfront and take in the superb vistas of Alcatraz Island and San Francisco Bay before embarking on a 60-minute Bay Cruise past the famous Pier 39 sea lions and along San Francisco’s historic waterfront, revealing the city’s fascinating skyline. Other attractions include Angel Island, the Ellis Island of the west, and the magnificent skyline of San Francisco. This comfortable Bay tour has both indoor and outdoor seating with full narration describing major landmarks as you sail by them. Harbor Porpoises have returned to the Bay! You can spend as long as you want in Muir Woods.
The Bay Cruise offers free boarding without reserved time. Cruises typically depart every 30 minutes to 1 hour, however, the Bay Cruise tour is offered at different times depending on the season. Typical afternoon departure times: 2pm / 4pm / 5pm / 6pm / 6:45pm
