It's time to enjoy the most magnificent villages and tastes of Naxos on a highlights tour made of dreams! Leave behind the cookie-cutter touristy tours and discover the local customs and traditions authentically.
Start your day of exploration with a visit to the site of the unfinished colossal archaic statue of Apollo, which was discovered by local farmers. After a glimpse of the island's ancient past, we drive from the plain to the highlands passing the marble quarries of Naxos.
After the dive into Naxos' history, it is time to enjoy a wonderful walk and lunch at Apeiranthos, the ""marble village"" that boasts incredible architecture, and experience the mountainous region of Naxos. There, you will get to sample local cheeses with a glass of wine and savor Naxian tastes full of local flavor.
Experience the island's tradition in the liqueur production of Kitron and check up close the procedure in a still-operating 100 year old distillery in the beautiful village of Chalki with its old-time charm! There, you will get to have a delicious custard pie as dessertfor your magnificent experience to come to a sweet end.
Your driver will take you back to your hotel after you have gained a head full of memories and deep knowledge of the island's culture!
