Royal Garrafón VIP
The newest Garrafon VIP area offers family vacations with limitless possibilities of fun, adventure and privacy.
This new VIP service has an exclusive a/c area within the main restaurants, lounge chairs, panoramic pool and new features.
Access to Garrafon Reefs Natural Park and Punta Sur and activities such as unlimited zip lining, snorkelling equipment, kayaks and temazcal (subject to availability).
You will enjoy this while having a premium drink from our international open bar and tasting the best dishes from an international buffet ,including shrimps, meat, salmon, sushi and other delights.
In this program, you'll be able to interact with the dolphin on the platform, where it will approach you for the typical kissing pose. You'll be able to greet it with the Hand Target and Hand Shake behaviors, and at the end, the dolphin will smile at you.
You'll then swim to the center of the water where the dolphin will swim by so you can see its dorsal fin. You'll hear its calls, and finally, it will give you a water bath.

According to the new government regulations, a tax is required for activities involving animals. Please note that the expenditure tax is 50.00 MXN per person. This tax must be paid at the site.

- Women less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form. For safety reasons pregnant women (5 months and up) can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. If you have any health or physical problem, please contact our call center before making your reservation so we can provide you full information about our services. Children under 8 will only perform Kiss, Hand Target and Handshake activities. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Children over 10 can swim alone for adult price.
