Full description
This course, which has a maximum of 15 participants, will teach you how to cook a typical everyday Tuscan meal. You will start by choosing the ingredients that are in season.
A multilingual chef will guide you through the process, which will include a visit to the Florence historic market. Here, you will select the organic ingredientsthat you will then use to prepare a four-course meal (starter, first course, second course, and dessert) in a top-class cookery school.
The course will conclude with a lunch featuring the dishes prepared by participants, accompanied by a fine Tuscan wine and an informal, convivial atmosphere.
