The Tambaquis Lagoon is a clear water lagoon and counts as fish of the species¨Tambaquis¨that leave and experiences brighter when they join the bath in the Lagoon with the visitors, located 50 km from the capital Aracaju.
The pond was born with the rainwater and local residents took charge of inhabiting it with tambaquis, freshwater fish with scales, with a shaped body of diamond. The tambaqui can reach 110 cm in length and up to 45 kilos.
On the tour we can also feed the fish with the purchase of the food, making the Lagoa dos Tambaquis a unique and unforgettable for both children and adults.
