Important information - There may be restrictions

The Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and 9/11 Museum are wheelchair accessible, but the Sightseeing Cruise is not able to accommodate electric wheelchairs.

9/11 Museum if closed most Tuesdays and on September 11th – so on those days, the visit to the Museum would have to be on the next day.

Due to local regulations, the Statue of Liberty Museum, Ellis Island, and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum may not be open on the date of your visit.

Both the Statue orientation tour and cruise depart on time. Please check in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Your ticket to the Museum is a dated Flex ticket which allows entry to the Museum between 12pm – 3pm on the date chosen.

A mandatory airport grade security screening is conducted prior to boarding the Statue ferry. This means no alcohol, weapons or large bags are allowed.

Minors (17 or under) must be accompanied by an adult (25+).
