How does a Pass work?

After booking, you will received an email with the link to your digital pass and the booking app sent by Turbopass; Please ensure you enter the final client email address on the booking.

Clients will need to click on the link in the e-mail sent to them by Turbopass and familiarize themselves with the city pass before travelling; Check which attractions require Pre-booking, then book the slots as soon as possible.

Important information

If you booked the optional St. Mark’s Basilica entry: Your entry will be scheduled for 10:30am on the first day your City Pass is valid. The meeting point can be found in your digital City Pass.
