Low Isles is an idyllic, unspoiled coral cay island in the Great Barrier Reef, just one hour’s sailing from Port Douglas. Combined with the romance of sailing aboard Quicksilver’s beautiful 30-meter sailing catamaran, Wavedancer, this is the perfect day for families and couples seeking island relaxation.
Snorkel, enjoy a glass-bottom boat tour, take a guided beach walk and snorkel tour with a marine biologist or just relax on the beach under a beach umbrella.
Itinerary*
• 9:30am: Arrival at the Port Douglas Marina, vessel boarding and complimentary tea and coffee until departure.
• 10am: Depart for Low Isles with snorkeling demonstration and marine biologist reef presentation.
• 11am: Arrival at Low Isles; Water activities and coral viewing from glass bottom boat.
• 12pm - 1pm: Buffet lunch served onboard.
• 1:30pm: Guided beach walk with a marine biologist.
• 2:30pm: Complimentary afternoon tea served until departure.
• 2:45pm: Vessel boarding.
• 3:15pm: Depart Low Isles.
• 4:30pm: Arrival at the at Port Douglas Marina.
