Itinerary
Guests will be picked up from their hotels in Puerto Iguazu. Today, we will see the mighty Iguassu Falls, which sit on the border between Argentina and Brazil. Scattered in a half moon shape, there are more than 270 waterfalls that form cliffs and inlets. From the visitor center, we can head down the trails or take a picturesque train ride. There are two paths to take: the upper and lower. The lower path leads to the base of the falls, where the intense crash of the cascading waters releases a thick mist into the air. The upper path leads to incredible panoramic views. The Devil's Throat, best seen from the Brazilian side, is where 14 falls drop 350 feet with such force that a 100 foot tall cloud of mist is permanently suspended overhead. Watch for the rainbow! For a close up view, we should walk through the subtropical forest of Iguassu National Park to the base of Salto Floriano and take the elevator to the top of the falls, or walk out over the falls at Salto Union. It's the fourth largest city in the province of Misiones. The world-renowned Iguazu Falls are only 18 kilometres (11 mi) away from the city, and as a result the city has developed much of its infrastructure around tourism.

When she first saw the falls, Eleanor Roosevelt reportedly exclaimed, "Poor Niagara!" Indeed, the spectacular Iguazu Falls are three times the size of New York's Niagara Falls. Located on the border of Brazil and Argentina, Iguazu is an experience.
Devil's Throat
One of the many waterfalls that make up the Iguassu Falls on the border between Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay, the Devil's Throat is a U-shaped chasm through which the majority of the water in the falls flows.

Our representative will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. The pick up time for your tour will be confirmed during the transfer on the voucher our representative will give you.
- The start time is an approximate departure time from your hotel. Your exact pick up time will be confirmed during the arrival transfer.
- Pricing is per passenger with a cheaper per person rate for groups of two or more.
- Customs Requirements To Enter Brazil: Valid form of identification. If not a citizen of Argentina, a passport with a Brazilian Visa is needed according to currently enforced International Agreements.
- Attractions and services cannot be canceled. A voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a voucher will be granted once voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
- Citizens from the United States, Australia and Canada visiting Argentina for tourism or business must pay a reciprocity fee and will have to present the payment receipt at the Immigration control when entering Argentina from Brazil. Policies
Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.
Currency Fluctuations: All tour prices are current at the time of publication and are susceptible to currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to alter the tour price in accordance with changes in foreign exchanges rates and changes in prices for services. The rate that you pay when you reserve your tour will protect you against future currency fluctuations; on the other hand, no price adjust (refund) will be made based upon change in tour prices.
Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
15 days or more prior to departure - no penalty
8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
Prices may vary and are subject to availability by season, weekend, and/or holiday.
While we will make every effort to maintain a regular operation, we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip and issue a full refund to affected customers under special circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
