On the City Tour Argentina, in addition to walking through the charming city of Puerto Iguazu, you will get to know three very different and unique places, great for taking beautiful pictures and getting to know a little more about the history of the region.
Hito de las Tres Fronteras: The place has an extensive infrastructure with restrooms and souvenir shops where you can buy alfajores, dulce de leche and handicrafts created by the local tribes. The place unites three countries and a spectacular view of the borders with a lot of culture and history.
La Aripuca is a stunning location in the middle of an environmental reserve whose main attraction is a monument over 17 meters high and weighing 500,000 kg. Its shape resembles a ''snare trap'' that's why it keeps that name. The entire structure was built with wood rescued from illegal trafficking, which was reused for the construction of the monument so that no trees were cut. The infrastructure of the place has restrooms, an outdoor resting place and a shop with handicrafts and an area for tasting artisanal sweets typical of the region, such as dulce de leche with chocolate, hibiscus jelly and wood candy.
"La Feirinha" is a place where you can observe details of the life and culture of the people who live in the region, in addition to the stalls with several options of typical Argentine products, such as alfajores and empanadas, as well as a huge variety of wines and cheeses.
Starting at 07:00, we pick you up at the hotel in Foz do Iguacu and head towards the Argentine side of the Falls.
The Iguazu Falls are located in the Iguazu National Park, a 67,720-hectare nature reserve in the northern Province of Misiones, Argentina. With 275 waterfalls nestled in the Paranaense Forest, the area marks the meeting point of the borders of Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.
The tour begins with a gas-powered train that goes to the Devil's Throat. Afterward, you continue with the upper circuit, followed by the Gran Aventura boat tour.
The Gran Aventura is a must-do experience on the Argentine side of the National Park. It begins on the Yacaratia trail, with a 5 km drive to the Puerto Macuco forest base. From there, a 100-meter descent leads to the dock, where boats travel 6 km through the lower Iguazu River canyon, passing rapids and reaching the base of the Tres Mosqueteros Falls, offering views of both the Brazilian and Argentine falls, including the Devil's Throat. The highlight is the approach to the San Martin Falls, the largest waterfall the boats can reach, providing an exhilarating experience.
The park offers excellent infrastructure, with restaurants, shops, restrooms, medical stations, and an exhibition hall on local biodiversity.
Located in Foz do Iguacu at the Rafain Churrascaria Show, don't miss the chance to get to know the culture of Latin American countries in a great artistic show consisting of lots of music and dancing. With spectacular synchronicity, the presenter dedicates himself to the audience in an exciting way where tourists from all over the world interact with the show and gain more sparkle with beautiful costumes.
With a differentiated space and an air-conditioned environment, the steakhouse has capacity for 1,200 visitors in three different halls. In the basement, the Children's City entertains and amuses little visitors, in a space reserved for special celebrations, and is divided into a new room reserved for parents. Dinner: More than 15 types of prime meat and a full buffet with a variety of salads, typical Brazilian dishes, samples of oriental and Arab cuisine, Italian pasta, fish, seafood and a richly prepared dessert buffet. Sauces and pates add a distinctive touch to the flavor. The show is in the Guinness Book of Records.

Come along and cross the Bridge of Friendship for this tour and avail of cheaper prices for a wide variety of goods such as electronics, clothing, cosmetics and perfumes to name but a few.
Ciudad del Este is a feast of the senses, a rough and ready border town that began life in the late 1950s as Puerto Flor de Lis in what was then a wild jungle. Thanks to fiscal concessions by the state, most notably its designation as a duty free port, it has grown from a faraway outpost in the middle of nowhere - albeit sitting on one of the world's greatest natural wonders - to become Paraguay's second city.
Wander the bustling streets of the three blocks after the bridge, which are lined with every conceivable item imaginable from steering wheel covers to scuba diving flippers to DVD players. If it's not here, it's because it has yet to be invented. For a less earthy experience, explore the upscale shopping centres, where you will find the latest hi-tech goods and an unbeatable range of designer goods.
This shopping expedition takes you right to the heart of the duty free zone so that you can check out some of the world's best brands at the best prices. You will be transported to and from Ciudad de Este safely, with two hours of shopping time.
Located inside the Landmark of the Three Borders in Foz do Iguacu, Cabeza de Vaca restaurant is the perfect place to eat after a long day of sightseeing. With a themed, air-conditioned and cozy atmosphere, the place offers tranquility, ideal for those looking for a quiet place.
From the restaurant's balcony, it is possible to observe the meeting of the Iguazu and Parana rivers, which make the border between Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. In addition to providing a wonderful sunset.
The dinner system includes options such as: Picanha a la Brasileira, Argentinean sirloin steak, penne with funghi sauce and Paraguayan pork. It can be enjoyed with the beautiful view of the illuminated Brazilian obelisk and a cultural show that takes place right there, at the Landmark of the Three Borders.
This tour will take you to unique moments with the possibility of contemplating the meeting between the Iguazu and Parana rivers (which border Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay) for approximately 2 hours. Kattamaram II is a safe and comfortable boat, with air conditioning, solarium and full bar and kitchen service. It has a romantic and sophisticated atmosphere with all the details designed to make your night special. It is an essential option for anyone visiting Foz do Iguacu, since it is possible to appreciate the entire border from a different perspective, from the place that separates them: from the Parana River and the Iguacu River.
The tour begins in Porto Echapora, follows the Parana River until the Three Borders Landmark, where you can see the 3 obelisks. Then it continues navigating on the Iguazu River between Brazil and Argentina. The trip aboard the Kattamaram II also goes to the Tancredo Neves Bridge and advances until it reaches the tributary of the Tamandua river, it stays moored there for a few minutes and, shortly after, returns to the starting point.
Come and experience an architectural and mechanical marvel of modern man with a tour of the Itaipu Dam in the Iguassu region of Brazil. During construction in the 1970s and 80s, the Itaipu Hydroelectric Dam was regarded as a pharaonic work, the fruit of the megalomaniac commanders ruling Brazil in those years. Enjoy the panoramic tour, which will include a documentary film outlining the history of the power plant as well as a view of the dam and spillway from the central observation deck.
Though there was skepticism surrounding the construction of the dam, after three decades, today's perspective is quite different. Responsible for the production of 95% of electricity consumed in Paraguay, and for 24% of total Brazilian consumption, the dam has proved its magnitude in both the national and international scene. Remark at the sheer size of the structure, while considering the synergy that went into its construction for it was a true binational undertaking. Built by workers, technical operators, and engineers from both Brazil and Paraguay, it was truly a cooperative project with an outcome that has had lasting effects on many people. In addition to the production of energy, Itaipu is also a symbol of environmental preservation, with the operating company of the dam supporting continuous reforestation programs and projects that encourage fish production and animal reproduction.
Be entertained with the spectacular views, awed by the scale, and educated on the history of the Itaipu dam on this informative tour.
