Or if you're looking for something more active, you can try mountain-biking, horse-riding, surfing and para-gliding. Then after lunch in a traditional restaurant, if you wish you can also visit the nearby Tamar Project, a national sea-turtle conservation programme (admission not included). We'll also stop at dreamy Praia de Guarajuba beach and Aibate lagoon for a memorable swim before catching the bus for the relaxing drive back to Salvador de Bahia. A great day out for all the family!
