After guests have been picked up from the specified departure location in San Francisco, we will begin this tour by traveling south along the Pacific Coast Highway (Route 1), which will bring us to Monterey. Here, we will visit Cannery Row and stroll among the shops and grab a fresh seafood lunch. Guests who bring their own lunch will have time to squeeze in a trip to the famous Monterey Aquarium at their own expense. Travelers can purchase ticket upon arrival or pre book on their website. After lunch, we will continue along the coast via the 17-Mile Drive, which winds past beautiful homes and lush golf courses. We will stop to get a look at the Lone Cypress. The drive will finish at Pebble Beach Village, where we can visit the Pro Shop and the 18th Green. Upon our arrival in the enchanted town of Carmel-by-the-Sea, we will be able to explore the boutique shops on Ocean Avenue or see the white sand beach. If there is time, we will also be able to visit the Carmel Mission. Afterwards, we will return to San Francisco, where the tour will come to an end. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.

  • This tour could be split inot two separate tours those that want to go to the aquarium and those that want more time in Carmel. Over all a good tour, the driver was in training for this tour , he was pleasant my only comment is he needs to research his data before sharing what he thinks with us. The trainer was far more experienced and saved him on many occaisions. Recommeded to do , maybe even do this trip stay over night in carmel and come back the next day.
