Pricing Policy

Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are under 12 yrs old. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses.
According to the related regulations about Ontario bus transportation, all under 2 yrs old infants must possess the bus seats. Thus the prices for adult children (including infants) are the same; infants don't need to pay for the tour guides service.

Day 1

Departing early morning to Downtown Toronto. You will pass by the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, University of Toronto and Chinatown. You will then have a chance to climb up the CN Tower, a signature icon of Toronto's skyline and a symbol of Canada. On the observation deck, enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Ontario and the city of Toronto. Join our optional tour of visiting Ripley's Aquarium of Canada. After lunch, you will visit another Toronto landmark, Casa Loma. Casa Loma's 5 acres of private gardens with all sorts of flowers flourishing, is now the preferred photography attraction in Toronto.

Ontario Legislative Building (Passing By)

The Ontario Legislative Building in Toronto, Ontario, Canada is the seventh structure to function as the parliamentary building of the province of Ontario. This impressive building is in the Richardsonian Romanesque architectural style and was built in 1893.

University of Toronto (Passing By)

Routinely placed in the top 30 institutions of higher learning in the world, the University of Toronto has been educating the masses since 1827. Widely considered the best university in Canada, it is known for its pioneering research.

Chinatown (Passing By)

One of the largest Chinatowns in North America is located in downtown Toronto, Ontario. Toronto contains several Chinatowns. This one is the oldest, dating back to the 1870s, and the historical area features many authentic groceries, restaurants, and shops.

CN Tower

Most recognizable landmark and the tallest building in Canada. Enjoy panoramic views through glass floor observation decks and see why this structure was recently nominated one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World.

Ripley's Aquarium of Canada

Just south of the CN Tower in Toronto, you will find Ripley's Aquarium, opened in 2013. It is divided into nine galleries, each themed after a specific marine environment, showcasing the diverse animals that live in each.

Casa Loma

This century-old Gothic-style house in Toronto was originally the home of financier Sir Henry Mill Pellatt. Today, it serves as a museum that showcases the history of life in Toronto and what life was like in the early 1900s.

If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

Additional Note

Meal Plan for Child: According to North American restaurant regulations, all child meal refers to those under 10 years old. If you reserve the child meal when your booking, price differences may apply. Please consult us if you have any questions.
Flight Management: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, tour booking will be confirmed within 1-2 business days.
Luggage: Limited to one medium suitcase and one carry-on luggage per person.
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (Chinese/Cantonese/ English). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour. Guests who do use a CITY PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee as USD100 per day per person.
We reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary or order to facilitate the smooth running of each tour.
If the activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure or other reasons (non-personal reasons), the fee for the self-funded project will be refunded
We recommends that group members purchase travel safety insurance and inconvenience/cancellation insurance at the departure place to avoid losses caused by illness and accidents during the journey and to ensure personal rights and interests.
No City Pass Admission tickets bought through sellers other than Compass Vacation or City Pass are not applicable to this tours, otherwise surcharge $40 will applied.

Policies

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking, please do not book the airline tickets until your received the confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund policy (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Cancellations received within 14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
