I had really wanted to see the Sagrada Familia and Gaudi's buildings, and the free time in Barcelona that day felt generous enough. La Rambla was crowded with people, and I enjoyed just strolling along slowly.

Breakfast was included almost every day, which I liked since I didn't have to figure out food in the morning. Three dinners were covered too, which made things easy.

The four days flowed well: high-speed train from Madrid to Valencia, then on to Barcelona, and coach back. The Barcelona city tour with a local guide covered Montjuic and the Gothic Quarter, leaving the afternoon free—I liked that balance.
