- If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
Additional Notes
- Hotel rooms: The standard Twin room in North American hotels is equipped with one double bed, two double beds or one double bed or one sofa bed. Triple/Quadruple room does not include a third/fourth bed the room types are based on the double occupancy. No extra bed for 3rd & 4th person.
Check-in time: Hotel check in time is 4:00 PM. Guests arriving in the morning are not guaranteed to check in. - Hotel Notes: According to the regulations of different hotels, you may be asked to provide credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses during the stay, such as telephone calls and etc. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of passenger's own cost.
- Other Notes: As the tour price includes the train fare, please ensure that the correct names of the passengers are provided when booking, as any discrepancies will result in the guest being responsible for the related costs. Additionally, if you would like to upgrade to GoldLeaf at an additional cost, please contact us.
- Baggage Restrictions: one check in and one carry on luggage, with applicable size restrictions, are allowed for each person. Extra per baggage will be charged C$50+5%GST
- Other Notes: Airport pickup day will not be guaranteed for the VIP Seat (i.e., first 4 rows)

The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
TakeTours makes every effort to serve our customers better. We also advise all customers to purchase traveler's insurance in case of interruption, accidents, illness, or anything else that may come up. If a reservation has to be cancelled, , customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.
50 or more days prior to departure - 20% of total purchase amount+5%GST per person will be charged
32-49 days prior to departure - 80% of total purchase amount + 5%GTS
Within 31 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount
Day of departure or no-show - 100% of total purchase amount
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
If the tour package includes complimentary items, there is no cash value or refund for unused services.
