Day 1: Vancouver / Seattle - Vancouver

Option 1: Vancouver

Today we will gather in Vancouver. Our guide will meet you at the airport for transfer to the hotel. After, guest who arrive before 1:30 pm will take a half-day tour of the city that includes stops at Canada Place, Vancouver Convention Center, Olympic Cauldron and Stanley Park etc, and take a mini ferry ride to Granville Island.

    Granville Island is a peninsula off of the main hub of the city of Vancouver, a shopping district across the water from the downtown area, as well as a center of art and culture for the city.

    The Vancouver Convention Centre in British Columbia, Canada is one of the country's largest convention centers. It has twice been selected as the "World's Best Convention Center." The Center was an important place in the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Today we will gather in Seattle. After pickup from the airport, we will take an excursion of the city that includes a brief stop at Space Needle. At the end of the day we will transfer to the hotel in Vancouver, BC.

Day 2: Vancouver - Kelowna - Okanagan - Salmon Arm (307 miles)

Start our journey via the Fraser Valley and head east to Kelowna. We will visit Lake Okanagan, search for the lake monster "Ogopogo" . We will aloso visit the renowned Winery for a wine-tasting experience. Later, stop by a local honey farm, and pick some high-quality natural honey, royal jelly and propolis as souvenirs.

Day 3: Salmon Arm - Yoho National Park - Banff National Park - Kananaskis (225 miles)

We will proceed to the Eagle Pass and visit the Last Spike. After passing Yoho National Park, we will enter Banff National Park and take a thrilling Gondola Ride to the summit. We will visit Johnston Canyon in the afternoon and arrive in Kananaskis later.

    Banff Gondola

    Banff Gondola will be closed for maintenance from Jan 5 -17, 2020.

Day 4: Kananaskis - Banff National Park - Banff (95 miles)

Start the morning with an amazing view of Castle Mountain as we drive by and head to Moraine Lake (subject to road condition). The Ten Peaks' view was once featured on the twenty-dollar Canadian bill. Stroll along the world-famous "Jewel of the Rockies" -Lake Louise. Celebrate your day with a lunch at the famous Chateau Lake Louise (meal plan). Visit Bow Falls before arriving at the Town of Banff. Explore the alpine town or join more fun activities (optional) such as Rafting, Horse Riding and etc.

    Valley of the Ten Peaks

    A region located in Banff National Park, this area is so named because the ten summits of the mountain range in the distance are clearly visible. It is an open valley area that also includes Moraine Lake.

Day 5: Banff - Jasper National Park - Jasper - Valemount (209 miles)

From Banff, we will drive along the Icefield Parkway, passing by Bow Lake on our way to Jasper National Park before arriving at the Columbia Icefield. Once we are here, we will ride the Ice Explorer onto the Athabasca Glacier, followed by a walk on the Glacier Skywalk. Then, we will visit the Athabasca Falls and the town of Jasper. Later, we will drive to Mount Robson and spend the night in Valemount.

Day 6: Valemount - Clearwater - Kamloops - Vancouver (376 miles)

We will travel along Thompson River and pass the district of Clearwater and Wells Gray Provincial Park. We will head to Kamloops and visit the Ginseng factory. After we will return to Vancouver.

Guests may explore Vancouver as they please in the morning. Guests may transfer to the airport any time bewteen Between 8:00 am - 9:30 pm ( La Quinta / Hampton Inn/Executive Plaza / Westin Wall Centre or similar hotels located in Central Richmond). 8:00 am-8:00 pm (Barclay Hotel/Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre or similar hotels located in Downtown Vancouver).   • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking, please do not book the airline tickets until your received the confirmation.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    23-30 days prior to departure date - 30% penalty
    15-22 days prior to departure date - 50% penalty
    No refund within 14-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. The refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Rockies hotel upgrade is non-refundable once booking confirmed.

  • We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
