- DAY 1: Complimentary arrival transfers depart Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport (ATH) at 11:00 and 16:00 on the first day of the tour. Guests should arrive at least 2 hours before the last transfer time. Please be aware when booking your flights.
- DAY 10: Complimentary departure transfers arrive at Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport (ATH) on the last day of the tour at 07:00 and 10:00.
- CHARGEABLE TRANSFERS: Chargeable transfers available in Athens. Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights with Insight Vacations, or whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle coach timings may purchase a chargeable transfer. However, guests booking independent hotel nights should make their own transfer arrangements.
- PORTERAGE: There is no porterage available on the ferries or piers, and guests will need to carry their own luggage on and off the ferries, which may be up to a 100m walk. We do endeavor to get assistance where possible from the ferry crew however this is not official and cannot be guaranteed. Guests should be aware of the above in order to bring suitable luggage which they can manage.
- ITINERARY: Occasionally the itinerary may be altered due to sailing conditions on the Aegean Sea, ferry schedules, religious holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
- GROUND HANDLER: This trip is operated by ground handler Siva Travel.

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

2-29 days or more prior to departure - $280/person penalty.

Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.

The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
