- ARRIVAL: Guests to arrive into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN). Welcome Desk hours are 3:00pm - 5:00pm and Welcome Dinner starts at 6:00pm. Recommended flight arrival time by 3:00pm to avoid missing your Welcome Dinner.
- DEPARTURE: Guests will arrive at Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) at approx. 14:00. Please allow ample time between this approx arrival time and flight departure time to allow for check-in/clearance of immigration etc (as per domestic/international guidelines for guests onwards flight).
- TRANSFERS: Please refer to guest documents for transfer options on arrival day. Private chargeable transfers are available at an additional charge. Guests who purchase private sedan transfers through Insight will be responsible to make a reservation directly with RMA 30 days to 7 days prior to departure. Additional information will be included with documents.
- NATIONAL PARKS: National Park accommodations will be rustic and not always similar to other locations. Throughout this trip, guests can participate in easy-moderate hikes. It is recommended that guests bring comfortable outdoor walking shoes, proper attire, hat, sunscreen and reusable water bottle.
- GROUND HANDLER: This trip is operated by Ground Handler, Destination America.
- NATIONAL PARK FEE FOR NON-U.S. RESIDENTS: For any new bookings with travel from 01-Jan-2027, due to new regulations being implemented by National Parks authorities, non-U.S. resident visitors will now be required to pay a separate entry fee to access national parks. This fee applies to visitors who do not meet U.S. residency requirements and must be paid separately from any existing permits or inclusions. This additional mandatory fee will be added at the time of booking and paid at final Payment (90 days prior to departure) and is subject to change.

Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
