    Crowfoot Glacier is located in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada, 32 km (20 mi) northwest of Lake Louise, and can be viewed from the Icefields Parkway. The glacier is situated on the northeastern flank of Crowfoot Mountain.

Day 3: Calgary - Waterton Lakes National Park - Calgary (520 km)

After pickup from Calgary, we will head for Waterton Lakes National Park. We will see Waterton Town, Cameron Falls, Redrock Canyon, Buffalo Paddock and Okotoks Big Rock (If Buffalo Paddock Not Open). Finally, we will return to Calgary.

Departure around 8:00 AM from Calgary. Complete the itinerary between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.

    One of Waterton’s most famous and most photographed spots with mountain water flowing over steps of ancient rock into a deep basin. Underneath is billion year old Precambrian rock.

    Red Rock Canyon

    Red Rock Canyon is the best place to experience Waterton's classic prairie meeting mountain landscape. The layers of red and green colored minerals offer a brilliant contrast to each other and the lush surroundings.

    Buffalo Paddock

    Buffalo Paddock
    North of the Waterton Lakes National Park entrance/exit is a large, grassy area of rolling land set aside as a Buffalo Paddock. A small herd of buffalo lives here.

  • This is a local bus tour, and you will join the tour with other travelers locally. The itinerary sequence/hotel arrangements, tour guide and vehicle might be subject to change due to departure date. The itinerary and services will not change.
  • Baggage Restrictions: one check in and one carry on luggage, with applicable size restrictions, are allowed for each person. Extra per baggage will be charged C$50+5%GST

  • Itinerary Adjustments: In case of attraction closures due to weather conditions, we will substitute them with alternative attractions to ensure a fulfilling experience.

  • Hotel Room Type: Standard rooms feature either "two double beds" , "one double bed with a sofa bed", or "one double bed". Please note that no extra beds are provided for 3rd or 4th guests in the room.
  • Check-in Time: Hotel check in time is 4:00 PM. Guests arriving in the morning are not guaranteed to check in.
  • Others: According to the regulations of different hotels, you may be asked to provide a credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses during the stay, such as telephone calls, etc. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of the passenger's own cost.
  • Pre-order Meal Selection: If you choose the meal plan, please select your main dish for lunch from the following options: Chicken, Alberta Beef, or Vegetarian. Each guest may choose their own option. If we do not receive your selection 14 days prior to the tour departure, "Alberta Beef" will be automatically selected as the main dish.
  • Meal Plan: Not recommend choosing the group meal option for guests with any dietary requirement (e.g., vegetarian) or allergies.
  • Infant/Child Car Seat: Please bring your own car seat if needed for infants or children.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your e-ticket and provided 14 days before departure. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    TakeTours makes every effort to serve our customers better. We also advise all customers to purchase traveler's insurance in case of interruption, accidents, illness, or anything else that may come up. If a reservation has to be canceled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • 32 or more days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount + 5%GTS
    • 15-31 days prior to departure - 60% of total purchase amount + 5%GTS
    • Within 14 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount
    • Day of departure or no-show - 100% of total purchase amount
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit entire payment.
      The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • Itinerary Variations:
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, TakeTours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
