Day 1: Calgary

Upon arrival in Calgary, we will be picked up at the airport and then transferred to the hotel. We can enjoy our free time leisurely for the rest day. Guests who arrive before 12:00pm can choose to take one of the following optional activities:

Calgary, AB

This city near the Rocky Mountains in Alberta, Canada is near several of Alberta's amazing national parks. The city itself is home to the stadium from the 1988 Olympics, Canada's Sports Hall of Fame, Heritage Park Historical Village, and more!

CrossIron Mills Outlet

This fully enclosed shopping center is just outside of Calgary and the largest single-level shopping center in the province of Alberta, covering more than one million square feet.

Duration: Approx. 3 Hours 30 Minutes

CF Chinook Centre

It is the largest mall in Calgary, with 1,355,000 square feet (125,900 m2) of space. CF Chinook Centre is home to five major department stores (only two are in operation while the third being redeveloped), 250 stores, and several full service restaurants. It also had a 900-seat food court with 36 food vendors, a bowling alley, professional tower, and the Scotiabank Theatre Chinook.

Day 2: Calgary-Banff National Park-Banff (209 km)

After pickup, we will head to Surprise Corner, where you can see the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. We will continue to stop for a while and visit the Bow Falls, a must-see when visiting Banff. After that, we will head to Sulfur Mountain, where you can choose Banff Gondola. We can also choose Banff Upper Hot Spring Or Banff Winter Sleigh Ride for the rest time.

Surprise Corner

Surprise Corner is about a mile from the centre of Banff town. The surprise at the corner of Tunnel Mountain Road in the town of Banff is the sudden appearance and incredible view of the [Fairmont Banff Springs]

Bow Falls

Bow Falls is not like your typical waterfall, it is wide and short. You can also see the valley that was eroded by glacier activity and the [Bow Falls] over the years.

Sulphur Mountain

This mountain in Banff National Park is part of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. There is a gondola that takes you nearly to the summit, which is perched at 8,041 feet.

Banff Gondola

This unique cable-car ride takes visitors to Alberta, Canada's Banff National Park to the top of Sulphur Mountain, a UNESCO World Hertitage Site. Atop the mountain there are many viewing areas, a long boardwalk, and two small museums.

Banff Upper Hot Springs

These outdoor hot springs provide breathtaking views of the surrounding Banff National Park, especially Mount Rundle. The water flow to the springs stops for several months during the winter.

Day 4: Revelstoke-Kamloops-Vancouver (508 km)

Today, we will depart from Revelstoke in the morning and proceed to the Kamloops which is the hometown of Ginseng. Finally, we will drive drive to Vancouver.

Sunmore Ginseng Factory

The Sunmore Ginseng Factory and Spa in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada is the only ginseng manufacturer in North America and was founded in 1991 by Chinese doctor Zhang Shunmei. Visitors can enjoy the relaxing ginseng spa.

Departure & Return

Please meet at the Arrival terminal, Door No. 5, Westar Travel service desk. According to the arrival time, we can arrange free pick up service at 10:00/12:00/14:00/16:00/18:00/20:00.
Arrive between 6:00am - 9:00am and 22:00pm - 23:00pm, we can arrange the free hotel shuttle bus. This free service is available every hour. If you cannot take the designated bus at the designated time, we will coordinate the next available bus according to the hotel shuttle bus arrangemen.
Private Airport Pickup Service: Arrive between 7:00am - 23:00pm paid transport service is available for the first two persons at C$100 and with C$20 for each additional person. Up to 4 people per order
Vancouver International Airport (YVR) Drop off: Complimentary airport drop-off services on last day of the tour: We suggest for domestic flights to please be booked after 21:30. For all other international flights we suggest booking flights after 22:30.

If your itinerary includes airport pick-up and drop-off service, please provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. If the pick-up or designated pick-up location is mistaken due to inaccurate information you have provided, you will be charged C$30/pp for a second pick-up service.

Confirmation

After the reservation information is submitted, you will immediately receive a receipt email for the reservation order. Within 72 hours of submission, you will receive an order status confirmation email. Please do not book a flight until you receive an order status confirmation email.

Redemption

After booking online, you will receive a "confirmation email" with complete instructions, including the local phone number of the destination. When you are sure, be sure to print this "confirmation email" and take it with you on your trip -- evidence that you have paid for it.

Terms & Condition

The following applies to order cancellations and changes:
- reduce the number of participants for the same order
- cancel the entire order
- change of itinerary
- change different dates for the same trip
1. No refund will be made for any change or cancellation of the entire order or one or all of the activities, meals, tickets and accommodation within 14 days prior to the departure of the tour;
2. 15-30 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% will be refunded
3. Charge C$50/ order/time service fee 31 days or more before the tour (activities and catering are refundable)
4. The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
The following applies to order modification
- increase the number of participants in the trip (depending on the resource situation of the corresponding date of the trip)
- change the name of the person participating in the trip
1. No modification shall be made within 14 days before the tour
2. A service fee of C$50/ single/trip will be charged for 15days or more before the trip
If your itinerary includes shuttle service, please be sure to provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. The travel agency reserves the right to provide the second service or to charge $30 per person if there is an error in pick-up due to inaccurate information.
Visitors under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above).
Please understand that complimentary items unavailable due to traffic, weather or other force majeure factors, or you cannot participate due to personal reasons, the fees will not be refunded.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
If you have special needs (such as bed, vegetarian, baby chair, etc.), please inform us at least 7 days before the trip, we will try to coordinate, but no guarantee.
If you need to leave the tour, please sign the confirmation of leaving the tour.
