Day 1: Calgary

Upon arrival in Calgary, we will be picked up at the airport and then transferred to the hotel. We can enjoy our free time leisurely for the rest day. Guests who arrive before 12:00pm can choose to take one of the following optional activities:

    It is the largest mall in Calgary, with 1,355,000 square feet (125,900 m2) of space. CF Chinook Centre is home to five major department stores (only two are in operation while the third being redeveloped), 250 stores, and several full service restaurants. It also had a 900-seat food court with 36 food vendors, a bowling alley, professional tower, and the Scotiabank Theatre Chinook.

Day 2: Calgary-Banff National Park-Banff (209 km)

After pickup, we will head to Surprise Corner, where you can see the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. We will continue to stop for a while and visit the Bow Falls, a must-see when visiting Banff. After that, we will head to Sulfur Mountain, where you can choose Banff Gondola. We can also choose Banff Upper Hot Spring Or Banff Winter Sleigh Ride for the rest time.

Day 3: Banff National Park-Banff (43 km)

Meet up at the hotel then head to Banff National Park. We will first stop by Two Jack Lake for photo taking then head to Lake Minnewanka. Stepping into Banff history to visit the Cave and Basin Historic site which is the first hot springs to be discovered in the 19th century. You can take a walk in Banff Avenue to restaurants to enjoy a delicious lunch! Next, visit the iconic Banff LOGO. Final stop at Johnston Canyon. Enjoy Ice Walk (Free borrow of Rivet crampons) in the amazing Johnston Canyon.

Day 4: Banff-Kootenay National Park-Banff National Park-Yoho National Park-Banff-Calgary (350 km)

In the morning, we will go to visit the Marble Canyon firstly. We can enjoy the Hiking on the bridge in winter. Then we will continue to the Lake Louise, From January to April (subject to opening), the grand Ice Sculpture Art Festival, Ice Magic takes place here. The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, located on the shore of the lake. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the fun activity of snowshoeing (complimentary use snowshoe) OR optional take The world-famous Fairmont Chateau Afternoon Tea or Enjoy a Horse Sleigh Ride. . After lunch, we will arrive Emerald Lake. Before ending our tour, you will be amazed by the waterfall cascading over Natural Bridge.

  • To ensure a smooth and complete trip, we strongly recommend that you order activity tickets and meal packages, at the time of booking a tour. No additional changes or modifications will be provided within 7 days before or during the tour.
  • Hotel Class: North American Hotels do not have an official hotel star rating standard. The hotels involved on the trip are local brand hotels.
  • If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release"; no exceptions.
  • Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above).
  • In the event of traffic, weather, or other circumstances not under our company's control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given.
  • During the tour, please arrive at the pick-up location at the time scheduled by the tour guide. Do not be late to avoid delaying other tourists' itinerary. If you are late or miss the transportation we have provided, you are responsible (at your own expense) to meet the group at the next designated meeting location.

Confirmation

  • After the reservation information is submitted, you will immediately receive a receipt email for the reservation order. Within 72 hours of submission, you will receive an order status confirmation email. Please do not book a flight until you receive an order status confirmation email.

Redemption

  • After booking online, you will receive a "confirmation email" with complete instructions, including the local phone number of the destination. When you are sure, be sure to print this "confirmation email" and take it with you on your trip -- evidence that you have paid for it.

Terms & Condition

  • Order cancellation:
    • No refund will be made 15 days before the tour.
    • 16-30 days: 75% of the tour fee will be charged
    • 31-45 days: 50% of the tour fee will be charged
    • 46 days or more: a $50 dollar services fee will be applied.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • Order modification:
    • Increasing the number of people attending the trip (depending on the availability of resources for the date of the trip)
    • No changes can be made seven days before the tour
    • No modification shall be made within 30 days before the mission; A service charge of C$50/ single/trip will be charged for 31 days or more prior to tour departure
    • When the order is revised and the resource situation changes, additional fees will be charged according to the actual situation.
    • Bank wire transfer fees or credit card fees will be deducted from the refund together with cancellation or modification fees for any reason.
    • Any changes or cancellations must be made by contacting the company directly in writing via email or fax.
    • Cancellations and refunds will be processed within 1-7 working days.
  • In case of force majeure including but not limited to weather, traffic accidents, etc. our company has the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
  • We are not responsible for any transportation cancellations or delays, climate change, or any other travel safety issues within the trip that are caused by circumstances not under our company's control.
